A classic American bistro in the heart of Hollywood, Houston Hospitality’s Butchers & Barbers serves up quality comfort fare that is polished yet unfussy. Executive Chef Brian D. Maynard has created a menu that boasts seasonal, share-worthy plates. The cocktails are well-balanced and spirit-forward, crafted to complement the menu. Expect house-made infusions and syrups, and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Wines are meticulously curated and the craft beer selection is primarily draft. The program is overseen by Houston Hospitality Beverage Director Avery Underhill. Together the food, drink and service under General Manager Gordon Robertson at Butchers & Barbers create a social dining experience on par with the Houstons’ collection of trendsetting hospitality establishments.
